CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / LATE ARRIVAL POLICIES
Everything You Need to Know
All appointments require a $100.00 deposit. (Deposits are used towards the supplies and the time allotted for each client.) Deposits are NON-refundable – A 48-hour notice is needed to cancel all appointments. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice will count as a “No Show” and the deposit will be forfeited, cancelled appointments with paid deposits down will need to rebooked within 6 months due to the fact that circumstances regarding permanent make up may change. Missed appointments “No Show” will be asked to pay in full to re-book future appointments. Missed appointments for additional services such as retouch appointments, multiple prepaid service packages, will count as a “visit” and; this will not be rescheduled.

**To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule**
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24-hour notice is mandatory, and the deposit is non-refundable.
